Because the replacement battery is purchased after the initial diagnosis, battery replacement can add additional time to the service. The final price will be adjusted to include the cost of the battery and any applicable additional service time.
Once your service is scheduled, Roadside Responder will send a waiver to you by text message. The waiver must be completed before any service begins.

Battery replacement is not recommended until testing is completed. If a replacement battery is needed, the final price includes the cost of the battery plus labor and any applicable additional service time.
